3D Security Solution

We’ve implemented the new 3D Security Solution at our casinos to give you more control over the security of your transactions. Here’s a breakdown of the simple steps you need to follow to have secure and hassle free credit card transactions.

  1. First confirm that you wish to proceed with the transaction.

    2. Progresses through the first stage of the transaction as normal by:

    • selecting your credit card
    • entering in your CVV number and specifying the amount.
    • Then confirm the transaction to begin processing


  2. You’ll then connect to our processor.



  3. Our processor begins to process the transaction.

    4. Once the processor receives the transaction you will be informed that your transaction could be subject to 3D processing. This page also provides further information regarding 3D processing:

    • If you have already registered with 3D Secure you will be asked to verify your card to complete the transaction
    • If you have not registered with 3D Secure, you can register as you go, quickly and easily and all subsequent transactions will be smooth and fast


  4. You will be informed that this transaction is going to be processed as 3D. This will result in the transaction being processed in a new browser window.

    5. Once our processor identifies that this transaction is being passed through the 3D secured processor, you will then be informed that the process will be performed in a new browser window




  5. The 3D transaction begins with the card being checked for 3D capability.

    6. The transaction is now being processed by the acquiring bank checking to see whether the card issuer is participating in the relevant 3D secured program.

    If it has been identified that the card issuer is not participating in the 3D secured programs the transaction will continue to be processed returning a successful or failed transaction response.

  6. If the card issuer is participating in a 3D program you are redirected to the card issuer’s 3D secured page.
    • If the card is already enrolled in the 3D secured program:
      Once on the card issuer’s 3D secured website you will be asked to confirm your secret 3D secured password/PIN with the issuer.
    • If the card is not already enrolled in the 3D secured program:
      Once on the card issuer’s 3D secured website you will be required to enroll in the 3d secured program by providing the following information:
      • Expiry date
      • CVV code
      • Name on card
      • date of birth
      • email address

    You will then be required to provide a 3D secured username and password/PIN for your card issuer’s 3D program.

    Once you have completed the requirements on the card issuer’s 3D pages the transaction continues to be processed.

  7. The transaction will then result in a success or failure with a receipt from the acquiring bank being displayed.



  8. You will then redirect back to the success/failure page and the transaction is complete.
