Promotion Terms and Conditions for ALL Vegas Partner Lounge promotions. These terms and conditions govern all promotions and special offers offered to players by Vegas Partner Lounge. It is important that you familiarize yourself with such terms and conditions before accepting any promotional offer. • Promotional codes sent via mail, email, instant message or otherwise are strictly for use by the player/person for whom they were intended.
• Any postings on forums, websites, emails, instant messages or otherwise will result in the promotion either being altered, discontinued or cancelled at the sole discretion of our promotions department.
• Strictly one real account per household is permitted.
• Irregularities between the name of the casino account holder and the name of the credit card holder, on the credit card used to make Deposits will invalidate the offer. The name of the casino account holder must match the name of the credit card holder.
• Suspicious cash-ins will be audited.
• Our Promotions Department will be the sole judge of the promotional offer. We reserve the right, exercisable in its sole discretion to discontinue or cancel any promotional offer at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice. • Player is over the age of Legal Majority i.e. player is an adult as the term is legally defined in the player's jurisdiction.
• Player shall not allow any other person or third party including, without limitation any minor to participate in the games.
• Each promotion rule shall be severable from each of the other rules, and if any rules are found to be void, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain in force and in effect.
• Danish, Chinese, Japanese, Polish & Israeli players are always welcome at our casinos, but owing to severe ongoing abuse of promotional offers, by players emanating from Denmark, China or Israel, we have no choice but to increase our wagering limits to all Danish, Chinese, Japanese, Polish & Israeli residents.

2. Terms And Conditions Applicable To NO-DEPOSIT REQUIRED bonuses (when offered).

• Because NO purchase is required, and the winnings returned could be sizable, the total winnings on all NO-DEPOSIT bonuses are limited to $500 maximum. Should the player win in excess of $500, the excess will be removed from the players account before fulfilling the cashin.
• Minimum initial bonus wagering requirements and minimum cashin requirements apply.
• Any cashin request before the minimum wagering requirements are fulfilled in full (as defined below in point 6) will result in the bonus being removed and/or your cash-in will be token refunded to your casino account.

4. Additional Terms

• In the event of any dispute, the decision of the casino manager will be considered full and final. No correspondence will be entered into.

• Each clause contained in these terms and conditions shall be separate and severable from each of the others. If any clause is found to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain of full force and effect. All dates and times stipulated in these terms and conditions are based on Eastern Standard Time (GMT-5), unless otherwise stated.

8. Publication Of Winner Details

• If, while playing at any of these casinos, you win a sum regarded by the casino management as worthy of publicity, you agree to make yourself available for any event of such a nature arranged by the casino. At all times, the casino will do its utmost to protect your privacy.
• While the casino protects all personal data entrusted to us we reserve the right to use Players first names and last initial (e.g. Mary J) in any casino announcement about promotion results.

7. Promotion Abuse

• Vegas Partner Lounge management reserves the right to determine whether play has been deemed to be promotion abuse even though there may have been compliance with the above terms and conditions. In addition non compliance with the above terms and conditions shall be deemed to be
  promotion abuse. As such in both of these cases, Vegas Partner Lounge Management has the right at its sole discretion to take the following action against such abusers :
  
  
  • If abuse has been identified, the cash-in in progress will be paid in full, after which the player may be banned from further promotions, or from any play in the casino, at the discretion of Casino management.
  • Abusing player accounts may be terminated with immediate effect.
  • Players found to be abusing promotions may be barred from receiving further promotional offers at the casino.
  • In the event that the casino deems a player to have misused a casino account for the exploitation of promotional offers, without ever demonstrating any degree of risk with personal funds or serious intention to play, the redemption of all such promotional offers, including but not limited to sign-up bonuses, will be suspended until such times as the player demonstrates a purchase history at the casino.
  • We contribute to and make use of a shared industry database of promotion abusers and fraudsters. Individuals known from this database will not be eligible for any promotional offers and the casino reserves the right to lock their account and refuse access to the casino.
  • Information on known promotion abusers may be forwarded to Proc-Cyber Services (PCS) and Borth Holdings Ltd, our e-cash partners and may result in such player being barred from receiving bonuses at any other casino using PCS.
