1. Player fully understands, agrees to, becomes a party to and shall abide by all rules, regulations, terms and conditions contained herein and as such rules; regulations, terms and conditions may change from time-to-time.

3. Player shall not allow any other person or third party including, without limitation, any minor, to participate in the games.

4. 8. If the player wishes to play without betting money, he/she may do so.

10. Vegas Partner Lounge reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation will be credited to your credit card and/or sent to you by check.     XI)	Vegas Partner Lounge reserves the right to close Real accounts registered from certain countries. This policy was introduced after high volume credit card fraud originated in these countries. Winnings from these accounts will not be paid out more than the amount of the purchases made on the account. 11. All cash-ins will be subject to audit before being processed. You have to provide us copy of your proof of identity, address, copies of credit cards, an approval signed purchase history and/or other appropriate documentation when withdrawing credits. Your proof of identity Must Exactly Match with your registered name and surname. If you fail to provide the necessary documentation after we requested as such or submit fraudulent documentation, your account will be locked and all winnings and/or cash-in will be Void and/or your cash-in will be token refunded to your casino account. 13. If you have any dispute with regard to any outcome in the Game, you must submit your complaint to Vegas Partner Lounge in writing within fourteen (14) days. In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on your Casino software and the Casino's server software, the result showing on the Casino's server software shall be the official and governing result of the Game.

23. Materials of the Game (whether electronically obtained or obtained by other means) are automatically void if counterfeited, mutilated, forged, altered or tampered with in any way, if illegible, mechanically or electronically reproduced, obtained outside authorized legitimate channels or if they contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical, electronic or any other errors.
